All prices are exclusive VAT The price levels & discounts are dependent on your monthly consumption. After your initial registration, you will receive all linen at the basic price. A monthly service rate of € 3.99 excluding VAT applies. However, this rate accrues for each month in which the user actively uses the Service Box. If the Service Box is not used within a month, no service rate will be charged.
Basic
If your average consumption within a month is less than 250 items, our linen will stay available at the basic price for the following month too.
Bronze
With an average consumption of 250 to 500 pieces per month, you receive a discount of 7% on all future transactions in the following month.
This bonus will be indicated on the invoice with the note "Bronze customer".
Silver
With an average consumption of 500 to 1.000 pieces per month, you receive a 15% discount on all transactions in the following month.
This bonus will be indicated on your invoice with the note "Silver customer".
Gold
If your average consumption exceeds 1.000 pieces per month, you will receive a 20% discount on all transactions in the following month.
This bonus will be indicated on the invoice with the note "Gold customer".
The invoice will be issued for each successful transaction on the basis of the mentioned price levels and conditions specified above and transmitted by electronic mail.
Do I have to pre-order the linen I want to pick up?
NO, just come to the Linen2GO location and take out what you need.
Are the linen hygienically packed?
Yes, the laundry is hygienically packed in small packaging units - therefore every piece of linen is protected from external influences. A sticker informs you about the packaging unit.
How do I transport the linen?
Large sustainable tote bags are available for rent on site. For large quantities, we recommend to take your own basket with you.
Which payment options are available?
Which payment options are available? You may pay by credit or debit card. Your payment details will be stored in a secure environment during your registration in the Linen2GO App.

How do I get inside the Linen2GO Location?
Log in to the Linen2GO App, go to the location of your choice, scan the QR code at the entrance door via the Linen2GO App and walk in.
How is the system able to recognize what I take out or return?
Every piece of Linen2GO linen is equipped with an RFID chip. The scanning technology identifies the articles and assigns them to your account. As soon as articles have been returned, they will be registered again.
What should I do if the light at the entrance shines red?
The red light indicates that another client is currently inside. We kindly ask you to wait until the location is ready again.
How do I open the door to walk out?
The door opens automatically after confirming the scan process. Don't worry, you can also exit manually in an emergency case.
How long may I rent the linen?
Our prices include a rental duration of 16 days.

The stated prices are all-inclusive prices and include the service costs, cleaning costs and rental interest and are charged for a rental duration of 16 days. If the rented linen items are not returned after 16 days of rental, Linen2GO will charge a rental fee of EUR 0.50 per week for small articles (pillowcases, hand towels, bath mats, shower towels) and EUR 1.14 for large articles (duvet covers and fitted bed sheets). What happens if I use the linen for a longer period of time?
If you do not have time to return the borrowed linen on time, a rental fee will be charged.

How do I receive my invoice?
After every transaction you will receive the invoice by E-Mail.
If I am not satisfied with an article, what should I do?
Please return the faulty article unused to the location. Use one of the provided pink reclamation bags, put only the affected article inside, close the bag and return. We will check the item and if your complaint is verified, you will receive a refund. Please note that only unused items can be claimed.
How to share my account with multiple users?
Select Share account in the menu of your Linen2GO App. Share user generated details with up to 5 more people who can rent linen on behalf of your account.
