2. Users of our website

2.1 Basic information

Due to new technologies and the constant evolution of this website, changes to this privacy policy may be made. We recommend that you read the privacy policy at regular intervals.

2.2 Use of the member area

To use our portal, customer registration is required. The data required for this is entered and stored directly by the customer or their responsible party. This includes the company name and contact details of the contact person (name, email address, telephone number), as well as payment data, which is securely stored by an external provider (currently STRIPE). The customer receives access data for the portal. All mentioned data is used internally only for the purpose of communication between Linen2GO and the customer.

We do not accept liability for password misuse unless it is caused by Linen2GO itself.

 

2.3 Handling contact data

If you contact us as the website operator through the provided contact options, your details will be stored so that they can be accessed for processing and responding to your inquiry. Without your consent, this data will not be disclosed to third parties.

2.4 Server-Logfiles

When using our website, only data that your browser transmits to the server – so-called server log files – is stored.

When you visit our website, the following data is collected, which is technically necessary to display the website to you: name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, message about successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address, and the requesting provider. The log data serves the purpose of operating, security, and optimizing our website, as well as optimizing user behavior.

2.6 Use of Google Maps

This website embeds map services that are not stored on our servers. Accessing the pages with this service requires your consent to load, after which the maps are provided. As a result, the third-party provider receives information that you have accessed our site as well as the usage data technically required in this context. We have no influence on further data processing by Google.

3.   Customers data

Our customers pick up linen service boxes from Linen2GO themselves and return dirty linen to the service boxes. When ordering the service, the customer transmits corresponding data to us.

This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of providing the service requested by the customers. Access to the data is only granted to authorized persons and is password protected.

 

3.1 Processing purposes

We process personal data falling under the following data categories:

• Company details
• Contact details
• Contract details
• Billing details
• Order details

The data provided by you is required to fulfil the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without said data, we are unable to conclude the contract with you. The purpose of using the data is to process and transmit data in the business relationship, including automated and archived text documents (such as correspondence) in this matter.

 

3.2 Recipient of the data

Furthermore, personal data may be transmitted to the following recipients:

• Banks for the settlement of payments
• Legal representatives in business cases
• Courts
• Competent administrative authorities, especially financial authorities
• Debt collection company in case of default
• Contract or business partners who are or should be involved in the delivery or service
• Insurance when concluding an insurance contract for the delivery / service

4. Duration of data storage

Until the termination of the business relationship or until expiration of the guarantee, warranty, statute of limitations and legal retention periods applicable to the client; in addition, until the termination of any legal disputes in which the data are required as proof . It must be reasonable for Linen2GO Austria GmbH to delete your data.

5. Processing of Video Recordings in Linen2GO Service-Boxes

Linen2GO records the entrance as well as the entire interior of the Linen2GO Service-Boxes using video cameras, even outside of normal operating hours. The recordings serve both for the technical assurance of Linen2GO's service provision and for the security of the users.

The legal basis for the mentioned data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and § 12(2)(4) DPA. The processing of the mentioned data is necessary for the provision of Linen2GO's services and thus serves the legitimate interests of Linen2GO Austria GmbH (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Photos and videos are deleted within 72 hours after their recording.

 

6. Right to information and withdraw

You may receive information about your stored data free of charge at any time without giving reasons. You can always block, correct or delete any data of yours collected by us. You may also at any time revoke the consent given to us to collect and use data without giving reasons. Exceptions here are data that we need to fulfill the contract. We are always happy to answer any further questions you may have regarding our privacy policy and the processing of your personal data.
